Overview
AFC customers previously managed claims outside the Jacana app, creating delays and fragmented experiences. A Flutter-based integration with custom AFC UI, backend automation, and real-time status tracking was implemented. This streamlined claims handling, improved usability, and delivered a unified customer experience.
Problem
- AFC (America’s 1st Choice Home Club) was not integrated with the Jacana Warranty mobile application.
- As a result, AFC customers had to manage warranty claims separately through other channels, causing inconvenience, slower processing, and a fragmented experience on mobile.
Solution
- Integrated AFC into Jacana Warranty App: Embedded AFC warranty management directly into the mobile application, eliminating the need for external claim handling.
- Custom AFC Screens & UI: Designed new mobile screens to display customer details, warranty coverage, claim history, and submission steps clearly and intuitively.
- Real-Time Claim Tracking & In-App Support: Enabled users to monitor claim status live and get assistance within the app.
- Automated Backend Processes: Streamlined operations by automating data sync, claim validation, and status updates — significantly reducing manual effort.
