"How Automated Data Synchronization Transformed Business Processes for Vrya"

What did we try to solve?
Vrya’s clients, including agro-cooperatives, retail businesses, and insurance companies, rely heavily on the ACE and MagOffice platforms for managing essential business functions, such as products, suppliers, and offers. However, the lack of automated synchronization between these systems was causing issues with data accuracy, slow updates, and manual intervention. These disruptions resulted in inefficiencies, missed deadlines, and an increase in operational overhead.

Moreover, Vrya required a robust solution that could not only integrate ACE and MagOffice but also maintain the integrity of the data while ensuring minimal downtime. The need for real-time application health monitoring, seamless data flow, and automation of manual tasks was essential to meet the growing demands of their business customers.
Implementation:

To solve these challenges, Icanio worked closely with Vrya to implement n8n, an automation tool designed to sync critical data between ACE and MagOffice. The integration was centered on automating the process of synchronizing products, suppliers, and offers, allowing these updates to be broadcasted in real-time with minimal human intervention.

The solution involved setting up automated workflows using n8n, which streamlined the entire data synchronization process. This allowed for daily updates, ensuring that the data within both systems was consistent, accurate, and up-to-date. Additionally, sales data from MagOffice was automatically synced back to ACE, further improving data consistency and operational flow. The integration also supported Vrya's "White Glove" program, which provided proactive support and monitoring to resolve issues before they impacted the system's performance.

With n8n in place, Vrya achieved an automated, real-time synchronization between ACE and MagOffice, minimizing the need for manual updates and reducing the risk of errors.
