The Zoho Creator tool is very simple; it primarily uses a drag-and-drop, low-code platform. However, it has many restrictions and limited functionality.
Using Zoho Creator, we customised the solution for the client, implemented various features, and ensured client satisfaction.
In Zoho Creator Desk, we encountered an issue where we were unable to import the Zoho desk data  into Zoho Creator.
To resolve this, we found a third-party platform called Zapier. Using Zapier, we were able to fetch the data successfully.

Streamlining Patient Care with a Holistic Management System

  • Lead Generation: Leads are generated where basic information is entered and a unique number is assigned for tracking purposes.
  • Consultation Options: Patients can either visit for in-person consultation or contact the call centre for teleconsultation. They can inquire about services and ask any questions they have.
  • Appointment Booking: After consultation, appointments can be scheduled based on the patient's preference and availability.
  • New Patient Record: A dedicated  record of new patient details, including the assignment of a therapist and the specific therapy they will undergo. Each therapist is individually assigned to their respective patients.
  • Patient Journey Tracking: Through the "Patient Journey" page, comprehensive details of each patient's progress and session attendance can be tracked.

Finally, they have implemented the application, and customers are happy and satisfied, actively using it.
