Before the recruitment app at the company was implemented, there was an existing system which needed to be improved as there was significant manual intervention, with recruiters having to individually review each resume to determine its suitability for the job.
For this, we implemented an automated mathematical logic algorithm and AI chatbot, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention. Now, resumes are automatically scanned to determine their suitability for specific job roles.
Since we previously had to manually call each applicant to verify the details of their resume, whether it is correct or not.
To save time, we implemented an AI chatbot that enables us to send messages directly to applicants using their registered email IDs. This feature significantly streamlines the process of collecting applicant details and has proven to be highly beneficial.

Streamlined Hiring Platform: From Job Posting to Onboarding with Ease
- The platform is designed to accelerate the hiring process for a single position, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions from job posting to onboarding.
- The platform begins by assisting recruiters/managers in creating detailed job postings, complete with job descriptions and required skills. Once the job is posted, the platform facilitates the sourcing of resumes.
- Resumes are then parsed and matched against the job posting criteria. Each candidate receives a cultural fit report, and the algorithm ranks candidates from top to bottom based on their suitability.
- An optional online test module is available for clients who wish to further assess candidates' skills. Based on the reports and scoring, the platform recommends candidates for the interview process.
- This user-friendly tool significantly reduces the time needed to hire and onboard a candidate, streamlining the entire recruitment process.

Finally, the result was successful candidate hiring and efficient role allocation, the automation processes we implemented.
